Annually, thousands of patients from more than 120 countries travel to Mass General Brigham hospitals in search of world-renowned expertise in cancer, neurology, heart care, orthopedics, and more.

How to give

If you’re a taxpayer in a country outside of the United States, please consult with your local tax or financial advisor. They can advise you on your eligibility for a tax credit and related issues before you make a charitable gift to Mass General Brigham.

In Canada and the United Kingdom, domestic tax credits are applicable only to gifts at a certain level supporting specific types of philanthropic projects.

Donors from Canada: Mass General Brigham has a partnership with a CRA-registered charity called Friends of Mass General Canada, Inc. To learn more, please contact Ashley Bronson at abronson@mgb.org.

Donors from the United Kingdom: Mass General Brigham is an approved charity of the Charities Aid Foundation (U.K.) and the CAF American Donor Fund. U.K. citizens can contribute to Mass General Brigham through these entities and receive a domestic tax credit if qualified.

A global impact

In recent years, international donors have funded many important Mass General Brigham initiatives, including:

• The launch of the Sean M. Healey & AMG Center for ALS, which aims to discover lifesaving therapies for the approximately 500,000 people worldwide living with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
• The annual Arthur and Sandra Irving Cancer Immunology Symposium, which brings together accomplished faculty mentors to discuss their research, discoveries, and distinguished careers in cancer immunology with talented young scientists and physicians from around the world
